Sod Installation · Northeast Nebraska & Siouxland
Bare ground to finished lawn — without the hassle.
Anyone can put grass down eventually. Schuetze Sod shows up when scheduled, installs it right the first time, and leaves the site cleaner than most crews leave their own trucks.

Two kinds of jobs. One standard.

No delays, no mess, no do-overs
Backyard or subdivision, the quote is only part of the story. What really costs you is the job that drags on, the mess left behind, and the work that has to be redone. Here's what you won't deal with when we do it.
No bare dirt for weeks
One crew, enough of them to lay the whole job in a single visit — so you're not living around a torn-up yard or paying for it in stages.
No blown schedules
We hit the date we gave you. You plan around us once, and nothing downstream stalls waiting on the grass.
No mess to deal with
Concrete swept, trimmings hauled off. We leave you a finished lawn and nothing else to clean up.
No do-overs to pay for
Proper prep, tight seams, clean edges — done right the first time, so you're not paying to fix it next season.
Backed by our 30-day guarantee — a valid claim gets replacement sod and the labor to re-lay it.

Grown for here
Local ground, local grass
When sod isn't suited to the ground, you pay twice — once to put it down, again to chase the patches it leaves behind. Ours is grown for northeast Nebraska and the Siouxland tri-state, so it takes the first time: less water, less upkeep, and no do-over eating your time and budget later.

Timing
Time your install to save money
New sod has to stay wet until it roots — and how much water that takes depends on when it goes down. A cool-weather install sips; a hot-weather one guzzles. Beat the heat and you spend less keeping it alive, but the cool windows fill first, so early requests get the better dates.
