If something's wrong, call us the day you notice.
Sod is a living product, and the first weeks matter. Our guarantee is built for early intervention — you flag it, we save it. It's not fine print designed to void itself.
The guarantee runs 30 days from the day your install is finished, and it covers both the sod taking hold and the quality of the work. If something looks wrong, call us at (402) 380-2084 the day you notice — a valid claim gets replacement sod and the labor to re-lay it, at no cost to you.
All we ask is that you follow the watering instructions we leave you — the guarantee depends on the lawn being cared for as directed, so it won't cover damage from skipped watering, pets or heavy foot traffic, fertilizer or chemical misuse, extreme weather, or lawn work done by others we didn't approve. Bring proof of the issue and we'll take it from there.

Before you ask for a quote
How fast can you install once I accept a quote?
It depends on the season and where the schedule is when you accept. We give you a real window with your quote rather than a promise we'd have to break — and the earlier you're in, the more say you have over the date.
Do I need to be home?
Not for the install itself, as long as we have access to the area and the water. We'll confirm the details with you when we set the date.
Is there a minimum job size?
No — there's no minimum job size. We measure on site to determine exactly what your project needs.
How do I water new sod?
You'll get a written schedule at handoff — the first weeks are the ones that matter most.
What areas do you serve?
